CHICKEN GREEN MASALA
INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN 1 KG
GREEN MINT LEAVES 1 CUP
GREEN CORRIANDER LEAVES 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLIES 5 OR 6
SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER ½ TSP
GINGER PASTE 1 TSP
GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP
LEMON JUICE 2 TBSP
YOGURT 1 ½ CUP
BUTTER OR COOKING OIL 3-4 TBSP
METHOD:
First take the given yogurt and put it in blender, add in it washed mint and coriander green leaves and green chillies .Grind all of them to a paste and marinate the chicken pieces in it for one hour.
