Don’t know much about Sanger but beside her twisted thinking the present mission of Planned Parenthood today is in no way consistent with her thinking. I don’t understand why so many of the Conservatives and Christian Right think it is so horrible. For millions of women it is the only form of health care to which they have access and it does not perform abortions I think because federal funds cannot be used for abortion in health programs. At least there is money for the care which means fewer people without insurance flooding the emergency rooms which is threatening the solvency of many hospitals.
