I had to explain this simple fact to a liberal pal of mine. Romney is getting hammered for his revealation that he only paid 15% on his income. Well, the 15% is what he paid on his profit form his cash investments. The cash was taxed the previous year at 30 something percent, just like everybody else.
He played by the rules, and if some Americans don’t like it, then we need to change the rules. I do not support Mitt for president, but I do not like him, or anybody else, to be falsely accussed of something they did not do.
