When I got it my first thought was to share with the Uppityites! I have suspected for some time ( since around 2000) that Common Sense had died. Here is the obituary.

It begins with a black guy saying it is not alright to call him a nigger. Great, only fellow blacks, and black rappers get to do that. And some people call it art!

The next “victim” says  that it is not alright to call her a “spic.” Ok, looks as though Carlos Mancia is out of a comedy job. I guess he will just have to stick to wetback and beaner jokes. Boring!

Victim three; don’t call me a chink. Damn, more comedians losing material! But hey, the lady just used the word herself.Great, the next victim, who is white, ain’t concerned with being called a cracker, whitey, or redneck. He has his tutu in a bunch because he does not want to be called a “fag”. Ok, fag is a term for a cigarette, and it has also become a very common term meaning “idiot.” If you really want to label a gay person, why not call them a “queer”? That is what the most radical homos like to call themselves.

Finally, a Jewish guy saying don’t call me a kike. Yeah, Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld have a lot better wording for that!

Thankfully, the last victim says not to call her, or yourself “retarded.”  I won’t call her retarded, because I have friends that are truly retards, and she is much smarter than they are! I also have pals that are socially retarded, what the heck do I call them now? Probably what we always say to each other; we go after anything we can think of; race, brain power, masculinity, looks; you know, just what most average guys do.

This PSA is a joke, but it is also a harbinger of things to come from our government. At some point, saying the wrong words will become a crime. Does the term hate speech ring a bell?

Modesto Golfing Community: Please Beware

His personal behavior is abhorent. He has publicly posted rude, racist, bigot, and false information about me, and others. He  took out his drunken anger on a lady who tried to befriend him. He called her home, and verbally assualted her mother. He also went to the woman’s house, and in true Geogre Maudlin style, lit a paper bag full of dog feces on fire on her porch.

To this day, he still post falsehoods about me on various blogs, using screen names of course. And if you think he can’t get any lower, he belittles his daughter, and her family on one of these public sites. You can google his name, and some of his rantings will appear.

Modesto Bail Bondsmen Case Update

Mistakes and oversightes do happen. Just as these three are not guilty until proven otherwise.

MODESTO, Calif. — Aleo Pontillo, owner of Aj’s Bail Bonds, Janelle Llorens, and Mark Davis appeared in court Monday morning for their arraignment.

The Insurance commissioner’s office said the trio were arrested last Wednesday on suspicion of kidnapping clients for the purpose of extortion and insurance fraud.

The defense and prosecution argued about the bail amount. The defense said it had concerns regarding proper paperwork being filed at the proper time.

According to Pontillo’s attorney, Frank Carson, the affidavit to set a bail amount should have been read and signed off by a judge before bail was set. Carson doesn’t believe that happened.

The case is now continued for arraignment until Friday morning.

Bail for Pontillo remains at $1.5 million and $300,000 each for Llorens and Davis.

Same with so called tourists, students or others coming in by passenger plane, that if you commit perjury by signing your entry document and stay on a expired visa you are going to be charged with a felony. Nobody in their right mind is going to enter America, other than dangerous criminals, terrorists or other foreigners with elicit intentions.

I keep on hearing that illegal aliens are not taking American jobs. My step daughter’s common law husband, his cousin found him some extra work at a Solar Company in Los Angeles. He had previously always been in construction, but after being laid off, he went back to school, hoping become an intricate part of the Solar Industry. What he really got him angry about, was during the work on the roof of an educational complex, where they were installing the equipment, nobody spoke English and the supervisor who managed the ten men team, and only communicated in broken English himself. Asking another supervisor about the installers, he stated they were all fresh young faces and had been recruited in Tijuana. AS FOR FARMERS AND MEGA AGRICULTURAL CONCERNS, THEY DO NOT PAY FOR ILLEGAL ALIEN HEALTH OR THEIR CHILDREN’S SCHOOLS—TAXPAYERS CARRY THAT BURDEN.

This rampant violation of our immigration laws is not an isolated case, as it is a widespread breakdown of the US Government failing to defend American citizens. One of the biggest violators is contractors and sub-contractors who are using cheap labor and therefore able to lower their bids, so established firms cannot compete. This is not just California, but the whole Southwest to the East coast and has been propagating for years. It’s a shame there isn’t a website that describes stories exactly like this, relating to businesses using illegal immigrants and migrants; jobs that could be accomplished by every occupational American?

In a prior job speech by President Obama, he told the national audience, he intends to invigorate more jobs, in rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure, by repairing bridges, roads and schools. The question to ask—how has this administration is going to stop the illegal aliens stealing these jobs. We already know illegal aliens are being hired at cheaper rates than the average American; receiving no health or other benefits. We also know that unions are not interested in who is allowed to work and whose not. Then we have federal, state and private contractors, who will use illegal aliens to underbid honest companies. Even this goes even deeper as private contractors, will hire sub-contractors, who will also violate immigration laws by recruiting foreign workers as what happened in New Orleans, after Hurricane Katrina devastated the region.

On the NumbersUSA website, the whole bill is clarified, and just need enthusiastic voters to bombard the Capitol? Already the same activist suspects are trying to undermine this urgent bill. One big bare-faced lie is the TEA PARTY opposes this law. What they are not informing you concerning this is just one Tea Party group, The TEA PARTY NATION that is just one of thousands of independent entities, as the TEA PARTY is just ordinary Americans , who have been kicked around too long. The majority of TEA PARTY members are adamant there will be no more Amnesties. No clandestine small Amnesties that have been happening for years, millions entering annually. True TEA PARTY leaders will rescind any Sanctuary City or State policies, with refusal a loss of federal funds.

Judicial Chairman Lamar Smith’s Legal Workforce Act last Thursday morning was marked-up for discussion on mandatory E-Verify. The Legal Workforce Act would require national use of E-Verify for all new hires for 100% of businesses within 2 years of enactment. Earlier today, Chairman Smith reintroduced the bill as H.R.2885 with a new subsection that requires the Department of Homeland Security to establish a support center for states that wish to help enforce the law.

Public Warning: In 2012 we need strict oversight of our voting rights? Democrats and liberals tend to look the other way, as illegal aliens may flock into polling places. A close eye should be kept on all registration forms that includes Absentee ballots that succumb to fraud, ACORN is not dead, just changed its names; they have committed registration fraud before and will again.

Illegal Aliens Pocket $4.2 Billion in Tax Credits (via The Foxhole)

This wouldn’t happen if they got stopped at the damned border.

Talk about a tax loophole.

Undocumented workers (READ: ILLEGALS) collected $4.2 billion in a certain tax credit last year, up from less than $1 billion five years ago, according to a new audit.

The report from the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration looked only at a tax benefit known as the Additional Child Tax Credit, a refundable credit meant for working families. The audit found that as a result of vague U.S. law — as well as an expansion of the tax credit in stimulus legislation and other measures — the number of illegal workers collecting the money has skyrocketed.

The inspector general’s office expressed concern about the trend and urged the IRS and Treasury Department to determine once and for all whether that money should be paid out.

“The payment of federal funds through this tax benefit appears to provide an additional incentive for aliens to enter, reside and work in the United States without authorization, which contradicts federal law and policy to remove such incentives,” the report said.
