Homeless folks who are looking for a way to better themselves is one thing, but there is also a group of folks that are criminals and, or addicts. They do not want off the streets. The steal. They defile public property, and they hurt local businesses. I know, I dealt with them for years when I lived in Turlock. Thing is, I confronted several of them and had zero problems. Sadly, I can’t say the same for my neighbors. This small group of human blight need to be handed a one way ticket to Barstow CA. Let them live in the largest cat-box in the US; The Mojave Desert!
