I am just trying to imagine how this all went down. The captain leaves the bridge and places his first mate in command. If this dum basterd would have watched the intro to Gilligan’s Island, he would have known this was a bad move!

I thought the ship’s Captain had to stay with the ship. This skipper has no integrity.

Ya well as they say rats and cowards run first

Un-real huh? The captain should have realized that the depth of water the ship was in would not flood, nor would it submerge the entire ship. Coward is too nice of a description for him.

I saw the model of the ship that wrecked. I felt even dizzy to see it, because it seemed to be built with a very bad balance. The part over the water was much higher than that under the water. I suspect the cost might have gone ahead of security, in building the ship.
