Ethnic groups feel the same way. It’s just not being white I think it was said best when the American culture is fading away to other cultures replacing the former. All Americans from all backgrounds enjoyed the perceived culture of living in America the idealism behind it.
I am a white man
I am a black man
I am a brown man
Yes Wayne, but in recent years to say this as a white-man has brought attacks on the one who says it, while if a black-man says it, it is some how heroic.
I guess it depends on how and where you say it. I think the questions to be asked is why a person would say it in the first place and does it really matter these days in America. 74% of the population of the United States are white Americans.
The lefty Libs may feel offended for blacks and browns, the rest of Americans I doubt care what the color of a persons skin is or are offended.
I would agree on the culture of America changing. The anti-God, the anti-Christian and the promotion of street gangs as the normal way young people should be living their lives is destroying local communities. The fabric of America is torn and the US Congress is selling us out to the highest bidder.
