“My grace is sufficient for thee.”-2 Corinthians 12:9

If none of God’s saints were poor and tried, we should not know half so well the consolations of divine grace. When we find the wanderer who has not where to lay his head, who yet can say, “Still will I trust in the Lord,” or when we see the pauper starving on bread and water, who still glories in Jesus; when we see the bereaved widow overwhelmed in affliction, and yet having faith in Christ, oh! what honour it reflects on the gospel. God’s grace is illustrated and magnified in the poverty and trials of believers. Saints bear up under every discouragement, believing that all things work together for their good, and that out of apparent evils a real blessing shall ultimately spring-that their God will either work a deliverance for them speedily, or most assuredly support them in the…

Hey liberals, progressives and all those on the left. This is happening under your guy. Where are all you foaming-mouth liberals at now when your guy is approving things Bush never approved? Anyone remember how they ranted about Bush for simply listening to phone conversations between terrorists and their associates?

Attorney General Eric Holder told Americans that a President does not have to seek judicial approval when using targeted assassinations against U.S. citizens. Yet this is the same Attorney General who is upset about the NYPD conducting surveillance on Muslims.

Via FoxNews:

FBI Director Robert Mueller on Wednesday said he would have to go back and check with the Department of Justice whether Attorney General Eric Holder’s “three criteria” for the targeted killing of Americans also applied to Americans inside the U.S.

Pressed by House lawmakers about a recent speech in which Holder described the legal justification for assassination…

Your coA: Hypocrisy is one of the two cornerstones of Liberalism – without which, it cannot exist. As a result, they practice it with gusto, regularity and reckless abandon. The Rat must keep up on a regular basis – or he’ll fall hopelessly behind.

Regular followers of the Rat know that he tends to dwell on the hypocrisy of liberals.  There are two basic reasons for this obsession:

A: Hypocrisy is one of the two cornerstones of Liberalism – without which, it cannot exist. As a result, they practice it with gusto, regularity and reckless abandon. The Rat must keep up on a regular basis – or he’ll fall hopelessly behind.

B: The tagline of The Rat’s Right is “Exposing the Lunacy of Liberalism One Post at a Time.” Therefore, Rat is compelled to expose these loons for who they really are whenever he can. Which is pretty much all the time.

Incidentally, the second cornerstone of Liberalism is the “political lie.” For those of you who are new to The Rat’s Right, the political lie is defined by…

Undocumented. Unafraid. Unapologetic. People who are in this country illegally are unafraid of the consequences for breaking U.S. law – not to mention unapologetic – but who could blame them? They are now suing the federal government for being arrested. And receiving large cash settlements as a result.

All made possible by el presidente himself, Barack Hussein Obama.

The federal government has agreed to pay $350,000 to a group of illegal aliens and permit them to stay in the country pursuant to a settlement reached in a lawsuit they filed after they were arrested. Sounds like something out of The Onion, doesn’t it?

The illegals claimed the government violated their “Constitutional rights” when federal agents raided a Latino neighborhood in New Haven, Connecticut in 2007. Their reward for refusing to obey American law is the largest…

I was born in 65 in a small town in central Cali. My pop owned his own business till he died in 97. I remember him telling me to go to college, and that being a small business owner was becoming tougher every year due to regulations at every level of government. He paid for my college fees, in cash, because on paper he had too many assets. Now, illegal aliens have access to financial aid for college.
If my pop was around today he would have plenty to say about the situation we find ourselves in. Thing is, he would have found away to keep the business successful.
As for vehicles? I still drive the Ford F-100 my pop bought new in 1974 Ranger for $3,200.450,00 plus miles. Third engine; 460ci and 10 miles to the gallon. Yup, we need to get the gubmint out of the way, and let small, American owned companies create an industry that produces $1.50 a gallon fuel. No matter what the hte filled liberals say, it can be done!
