I wouldn’t worry about any constitutional amendments for any purpose, not with the Congress we have now. If they had to vote on what they should eat for dinner, they’d be dead from starvation.

I’m pretty sure, that as a former law professor, Obama knows he can’t change the Constitution with executive orders. He could probably sign a non-binding executive order asking people to call him “Grand Poobah,Master Cyclops of The Universe” in private if he wanted to, but that wouldn’t really alter his powers.
