This is horrible, but thank God my long time friend, and vet, is on the case. It is a stomach virus that is the culprit, and we are figuring it was either something in the dirt, which they eat worms out of, or the litter box. I am not sure what the odds are for them pulling through, I am still on the hopeful side seeing that I have not received a phone call since leaving them at the vet yesterday afternoon.
I stress-out over my sick pups, more than my family due to the simple fact that dogs rely %100 on me to care and watch out for them. I have an amazing track record when it comes to caring for my furry family members.
Lets pray that Bill Willy and B.W. pull through, I am really looking forward to taking them fishing this summer over my 70 day vacation.

Thanks so much. I am still staying positive. I can just imagine if I have had real kids, I would be a mess when the got a cold 🙂

Well, I have three children…now ages 18, 21 and 22. I also have furry babies, and I can tell you, I am in love with them almost as much as my ‘real’ kids!! Keep the positive thinking, one moment at a time and know that there are many of us out here thinking about you and yours!

I moved to my new digs in May 2011, after living in a safe, smaller town forever. The first summer some idiot drug dealing gangster threatned to shoot my dog cause she was barking at him through the fence. Homeboy did not figure that crazy Hillbilly had the 380 in his waistband, needless to say he stopped walking by my house. I guess you can say I am a bit protective:) Thanks for the prayers and kind words.

UDATE: Hooked up to an I.V. and still fighting. Dr. says they are in good spirits, which they have not been since they became ill.

Thanks Jane and Ghia. They have stopped puking and will be given some roasted chicken today. I hope they will eat. Dr. says the virus they have is brutal, which is something ya’ don’t want to hear from a Dr.!
