Go Left Go Right

What makes two people who grow up in a similar environment become so politically different? This is very perplexing to me. Where I live here in central California, a candidate who I went to grade school with, remained in touch during our college years, and road tripped together a few times, is challenging the GOP incumbent, Jeff Denham. I am going to refrain from posting his name here, but he has been endorsed by Planned Parenthood and the CSEA. Just do a quick google search, and he will pop up.
Everyone who has spent more than one second reading my blog is fully aware that I am a very conservative Christian guy. I grew up in a conservative, two parent home. My pop owned his business, and mom stayed at home. The guy that I went to school with, partied with, and did typical guy stuff with all those years ago, had a very similar upbringing. So why did I see the light of the right he went to the darkness of the left?
I don’t have the answer. I don’t know why folks think that abortion is not murder. I don’t know why folks want to reward criminals with free citizenship. I don’t know why folks believe medical insurance and medical care is a right. I don’t see why folks don’t understand that the more government is involved in the private business sector, the more expensive it becomes and the quality declines.
As the election draws near, I will post some of the acts I witnessed first hand that he will have to answer for. I have been contacted by a chapter member of the GOP that wants to hear what I witnessed. I am a bit torn, Jeff Denham is not a conservative; he is pro amnesty and mandated healthcare guy. But he is not a progressive.
The Right To Remain Silent

In case there was any question on my view of the current immigration problem, read this:
The Right To Remain Silent
Don’t speak to me
about your rights,
if you sneak through
the fence at night.
Or if you cross the border
in a van,
driven by
the greedy man.
Or if you sail
on board a raft,
or pay your way
with bribe or graft.
You cannot steal
what’s given free,
to those
who do it properly.
So, the only right
you have I see,
is the right to leave
so please feel free.
Then if and when
you should come back,
with the legal papers
in your pack,
then I will listen
to your speech,
about your rights
all, and each.

Tolerance? or Coercion?

I have been … “uninspired” to write because I have nothing new to say. We face the same battles each day, against an un-American … maybe even anti-American US administration that is successfully tearing apart the moral, social, and commercial strata of our nation with little to no resistance.
Yet, there have been … and continue to be “rumbles.” If I had to give a report, I’d say the dissatisfaction among the American people is spreading and churning up pockets of thought. In general, “Get out of my face” thought, although I did see a “Ready for Hillary – 2016” sticker the other day, and I wept in prayer.
I live 10 minutes from the Franklin Regional High School where the stabbings occurred last week. What could cause a decent young man to flip out like this? “Water cooler talk” around here this week has focused on “bullying.” Yet, it…

Croatia: Benghazy Scrubber Scrubs Western Balkans

This never made the US news!
Croatia, the War, and the Future
Lately, Victoria Nuland, US Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, is best known, or, rather, notorious, for her role in objecting to the initial set of the Benghazi attack talking points when she reportedly asked that references to al Qaeda and previous CIA warnings about threats posed to U.S. diplomats in Libya be scrubbed from the document. I.e., she is said to have demanded that (accurate) assessments of terrorist involvement be scrubbed, along with references to (accurate) intelligence warnings about the deteriorating security situation in Benghazi leading up to the 9/11/2012 attack on US diplomatic compound in which four Americans were murdered. Nuland’s role provided the closest thing to smoking-gun evidence of a cover up.
Then I assume all of us remember when in January/February of this year on YouTube, there was uploaded an audio recording of a confidential telephone conversation between Nuland and U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine…

Is Administrative Law Unlawful ?
24 Jul 2014 Leave a comment
From the Constitution of the United States:
ARTICLE I, SECTION 1.
When we talk of Administrative law, we are speaking of an extra-legal add on, which has very little (if any) base in the Constitution. If you are not familiar with it, here is a link to an introductory lecture POL611 . That’s how it is conceptualized these days. But is it constitutional at all? That’s different story. I’ve spoken of this several times lately once at Jess’ Watchtower, and on Nebraska Energy Observer here, and here. It’s an important concept. Much of the content here is taken from a series on The Power Line Bloghere, here, here, and here. Don’t panic, they’re quite short…
