Just popping my head out of the bunker for a few minutes to let everyone know I am fine and have not been rounded up and placed in a FEMA camp. Offer is in on a new compound in Idaho.

Yo TX 3 glad to here from you. I thank you for the kind words. It has been a struggle trying to find housing in Idaho while living and working in Crapafornia! Found a company that offers lease to own homes, so I will be driving to Idaho in a few days to check things out and try to get my offer accepted. Merry Christmas and Blessingsee to you and yours!
