What a difference a year can make in one’s life. I have missed my blog and many of my blogging friends. I miss having the daily motivation to write. I did not lose my joy of writing, but had it temporarily taken. I was crushed by the power of a miniscule petty worker’s comp drone who dislikes truth. I now know that some people have enormous ability to change a person’s life direction. I never conceived the notion that a desk jockey has the evil skills and dark abilities to hang four felony counts on an innocent person. I once believed that an innocent person should never plea guilty to crimes not committed. I proudly admit I was wrong.
In the coming days and weeks to come I will go into depth about my situation. For now, I will focus on many of the positive things in my life. Especially the fact that Mr.Trump is my president, my beers are never ending and always cold, and my dogs are my favorite drinking buddies!

The American voter is viewed as too stupid to know what is good for them! This is according to Jonathan Gruber and many other progressives, and phony conservatives in the GOP. At least Gruber has, or had the spine to say it. Now he is back stepping from these comments claiming he misspoke. No, he is just upset he was captured on video.
This goes all the way to the top of the current administration. John Kerry said that Americans will be ok with taxing the evil insurance companies, not realizing these companies will raise the price of their product. And there is no doubt Obama was coached and talking points that where spoken to intentionally mislead Americans.
Sadly, nothing is being done to reverse the illegal, and immoral, mandated health care law. I am not that sharp, but give me a law office and some law text, and in with a month I could have a law suit that will bring this crap down. I notice many progressives are defending this law because they say the S.C.O.T.U.S signed off on calling this a tax. So the court is either in on the shell game, or they bought the lie that was presented to them. Bottom line is that we Americans were INTENTIONALLY lied to. This got Nixon bounced from his gig!
I wish I was a gifted fiction writer. I would love to write a fictional story where a handful of Americans create a “Removal list”. The List would consist of the 100 most damaging progressives world-wide. They would be captured and placed in an under ground detention facility. They would have a chemical device implanted in them and then given these instructions. Tell the truth! No more b.s. “I want to raise your taxes” I want the government to control all aspects of your life, but not mine.” If they choose to lie, then a truth serum is released into their veins.

Response To Guest Opinion: Carol J. Ornelas’ “Comprehensive Immigration Reform Needed”
I would like to submit this for publication under Letters To The Editor: In response to the Guest Opinion by Carol J. Ornelas entitled “Comprehensive Immigration Reform Needed”, I would like to question some of her assertions. Lets start with the obvious: It is not “Reform”. It is the blatant disregard by our state and federal governments to enforce the laws that regulate immigration. “The majority of immigrants” (of course, she is lumping legal and illegal into one pile) “in California are working in agriculture,construction, or the service industry.” This is great news for the masses of unemployed workers in California. And don’t try to drop the “only illegal immigrants are willing to work certain jobs.” Remove the illegal alien workers, and the employers will find employees to fill the void. “To keep our economy strong, we must pass a comprehensive immigration reform..” Really? our economy is in the tank now, so this is just a blatant lie. “Parents and children are torn a part as they are separated from one another.” Why is this a concern? Good parents will take their children with them. Of course, some countries do not grant citizenship to people born outside of their countries. Besides, illegal aliens made the choice to break the law, so they must be willing to accept responsibility for their actions. I also notice that Carol fails to address the illegal alien population that is incarcerated and how illegal aliens have affected our K-12 educational system. Lastly, notice who employs Carol and who her company has teamed with: La Raza. Citizenship is not a right, it is a privilege. To give it to any person simply because they are able to circumvent our laws is wrong an immoral.

I am a Conservative in the CSEA. I have been warning fellow members for years to stop voting the “Union Line”. I too was called all kinds of names and laughed at. Guess what? Many members realized I was correct when I told them to compare check stubs from just a year ago to their most recent. Sadly, the union’s top leadership is either ignorant, greedy, or both. They are claiming victory from the past elections. Won’t be long until California public unions get hammered by the non-union voters. And rightfully so.
Here I go again pointing out the hypocrisy and ignorance of the C.S.E.A’s leadership.
CSEA’s President Allan Clark To Membership: Thanks For Being Useful Idiots
Well, of course he, and the board of directors won’t say this directly, but this
is exactly what happened in the past election. In his current “President’s
Message” he not so humbly states” Let me take this opportunity to thank each and
every member, and all of the friends and family you recruited, for the amazing
work you did on the recent election.” For one, he darn well ain’t thanking me,
and many of my co-workers in his home district. We understand that by passing
prop’s that raise taxes, we did nothing more than cut our pay. We see through
the greedy B.S. that the C.S.E.A’s leadership shovels. Allan states;” Prop 30
will raise about $ 6 billion for public schools and colleges.” Hey Allan, how do
you know that is the correct figure? Have you figured for the departure of some
of the tax base from California? Businesses and individuals are exiting the
state faster than the politicians, who were endorsed by the C.S.E.A, can steal
their earnings. All the while, the hard-working rank and file of not only our
union, but every working Californian, sees a decrease in their pay. Not a
mention of the increase in health care insurance, or the F.I.C.A. tax increase.
No, we get the same old tiresome bull shit from the C.S.E.A’s board: ” The way
we defeated Prop. 32 sent a clear message to the billionaire financiers, that
you can spend all the money you want (and they did) but you cannot defeat the
heart and soul of the middle class.”
Geez, Marx would be proud of this dribble! Really? Billionaires spending all
they want? Why not? The C.S.E.A. spends millions of dollars collected through
dues on to back their candidates, props, and bonds. And this statement by Allan
really shows the depth of not only his, but almost all of the C.S.E.A’s
leadership: “” We have identified who the biggest donors have been in this fight
and we will be working with our brothers and sisters in the labor movement to
attack them where it hurts the most-their profits.”
Yup, cut into a private companies’ profit enough, and they will leave the state,
close up shop, and cut employees. Which results in less tax dollars. This is
nothing more than ignorance and greed rearing its ugly head, and the face of
this beast: Is the leadership of the C.S.E.A.
If this type of idiocy continues, private sector workers will revolt at the
ballot box. And I think this will include the average, to far left leaning
liberal worker. Never forget, The C.S.E.A. has been successful over the past 25
years getting the candidates and props passed that have put us in this current
fiscal mess. So how do the people who created the mess, know some how have the
solutions? They don’t!
Looked at my recent pay stub, and the “New Normal” take home is officially $105.30 less than what is was. Less disposable income to spread around at the diners and taverns. Some people don’t get the fact that small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. Not the government.
For all of the blind,deaf,and ignorant who not only voted, but still worship the Chief Chump take a gander at your pay stub! So much for not stealing from the middle and lower class wage earners huh? Less money taken home equals less savings, nights out, investments, ect…. All the while the folks who don’t work are receiving more than ever. Bammy, along with Johnny McStain want to dump via amnesty, 11 million workers into the market. The real number will be closer to 30 million but hey, 19 million ain’t that big of a deal!
The hard-working American citizens who wants to do the right things; provide for themselves and not depend on the government, are SCREWED! It only took the liberal, self loathing white folks just over 200 years o run The Great Experiment into the ground. Thanks!
Brutal, brutal, brutal is about all I can say about ny eight hours of attendance of Job Steward training. Let me start by saying that everyone I had contact with was pleasant, and cordial. This applies to the presenters too. The day started off with all of us introducing ourselves and giving a “fun” fact. Most folks spoke about kids, or grandkids. I was the only one who referred to my educational background. Of course, I do everything in the “union setting” for a reason. My reason for this? To let fellow members know we just might have a variety of backgrounds amongst our membership, and this might lead to different views on subjects. Of course, I have learned that the CSEA’s leadership, at all levels, are not open to this. I hear so much about getting our “voices” heard, but only if it is an approved voice.
During the entire eight hours, I never asked a question, nor made a comment on any of the subject matter. I had many opportunities to point out the hypocritical nature of the “approved” message of the CSEA. Like how raising taxes takes money out of our pockets, or how government mandated health care raises the cost of the service. One of the presenters was elated by the fact that prop 30 passed, but never mentioned the fact that changes to the Way California spends money like a drunken sailor have not been addressed. Or how the CSEA continues to endorse the same drunken liberal sailor politicians.
It will be interesting to see what will happen if I pursue the Fully Jacketed Job Steward title. Apparently, I will have to partake in political activities that I am opposed to. The question is: Do I bite the bullet and do it and then speak my conservative views? Thus making me a hypocrite, like so many of the CSEA’s leadership are.
Time will tell. For conservatives such as myself, being a member is equal to being a pilgrim in an un-holy land.
I attended the first union meeting tonight since losing the election in December. As some of you already know, I lost by 13 votes. Too close for a few in my chapter apparently. Come to find out, the current officers decided to add a prerequisite for the president’s seat only. In order to run, a person must attend, and complete the Job Steward’s training. Yup, never mind the four-year degrees in English and Business. Just complete 16 hours of semi-brain washing from the punch drinkers in the C.S.E.A. that can’t tolerate a conservative’s views or ideas. Needles to say, that if more people like me were running the union for the past 25 years, we would not be in the mess we now find ourselves.
I can’t wait to inform every chapter member possible tomorrow about this “Event”. I figure it will open the eyes of those who chose not to vote in this past election. I also heard several times how some who did not vote for me, would have voted for me if I had taken the classes. Funny thing is, I completed the first level of training several years ago, but the Union decided to change the length of the courses, so I have to re-take the first stage again! So it looks like a win-win for me. Whether I take the courses or not, I will win.
