WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A man accused of running over three other men with his car admitted to drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana shortly before the crash, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Juan Martinez, who authorities say is in the United States from Mexico illegally, faces charges of DUI manslaughter and vehicular manslaughter. He was denied bail in court Monday morning.
