April 15th, the last day suck it up, and watch your hard-earned dollars to taken from you. It has been one hundred years since the passage of the unconstitutional amendment was passed. The Revenue Tax of 1812 was put into place to help fund the Civil War. As I have said before, the war was much more than just abolishing slavery! A long story made short, thanks to the Progressives and Socialist, not to mention some phony conservatives of the day, got this great devil of an amendment passed.
I have always wondered why we the taxpayer are burden with filing forms and not the government? Why did the feds not go for a Flat Tax? Why? Because it would have limited the influence and control the feds would have over individuals, and the states. It is the same with federal mandated health insurance! It is about control of people and wealth.
This is just my opinion, and a person can spend a lifetime researching and writing on this subject. We are no longer a nation of free-living, independent individualist. We now have a large population of folks who believe the federal government is their god/care giver, and that they are entitled to products and services that they refuse to provide for themselves. Dependency on the government is slavery, something that the Civil War was supposed to abolish.

I just read this article in the Manteca,”Manstinka” Bulletin. http://www.mantecabulletin.com/section/42/article/57451/
“The election a week from today has a $10 million immediate consequence for Manteca Unified School District.
Since Proposition 30 is a crucial piece of Gov. Jerry Brown’s “balanced” budget adopted for the current fiscal year that started July 1, if it fails to pass $6 billion in automatic cuts to education statewide would take place.
That means Manteca Unified would lose $10 million of the $30 million the state has promised the district for this fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.”
This shows what is wrong with the mind set of those who believe raising taxes solves bad buasiness practices in the public sector. Public unions have been brainwashing its members for years with this garbage.
Until citizens start holding politicians and public entities acountable, and not let them spend money they do not have, we will continue down the path to financial ruin.

Happy Monday to all, if this is possible! I am becoming quite accustomed to shutting down the Hillbilly press during the weekend. I figure it is like my weight training and dieting; 5 days an, and 2 days off. I almost broke the routine yesterday. Not because I was happy/sad about the outcome of the Super Bowl, but rather I am not thrilled about my income taxes for next year.
I am in the process of selling my house, which means I am losing my very large tax write-off. So instead of being ripped off for 364 days of the year, and tossed a few of my own crumbs on the 365th day, I will now be screwed on every day! My tax professional says that Uncle Sam loves us single, employed folks the best. So where are all the OWS unemployed pukes now? So let me understand this: No job, no money, no taxes no life, and they are rewarded by social services they are not even paying for?
Here is a thought: No job, no taxes equal no right to vote! Once these schmucks realize, and I think they have, that they can vote for politicians that will provide for them, we are done as a nation. Why I am forced to work and pay taxes just to see them spent on services of slackers? Don’t get me wrong, if a person is truly disabled or a veteran, then use my stolen dollars on them. When I hear some able body, commie cream puff whines about not being able to afford to go to college, or find a job because of the imaginary 1%, I say tough! Nowhere in the Constitution does it say people have the right not to fail, not to be poor, or not to be hungry. And the Constitution does not say that I have to pay for these snivelers.
Ok, I am going to have to end this post now because I am not in the mood to get fired up on a Monday morning. Then again, instead of drinking so much coffee, I can instead just keep re-reading this post!

I had to explain this simple fact to a liberal pal of mine. Romney is getting hammered for his revealation that he only paid 15% on his income. Well, the 15% is what he paid on his profit form his cash investments. The cash was taxed the previous year at 30 something percent, just like everybody else.
He played by the rules, and if some Americans don’t like it, then we need to change the rules. I do not support Mitt for president, but I do not like him, or anybody else, to be falsely accussed of something they did not do.

I heard today that Obama junked the Keystone pipeline. And Pelosi was quick to support him. Instead of going into details why I think these politicians and their handlers are denying we Americans access to our natural resources, I will tell you what should be done instead.
Somewhere in North Dakota, or in the other states where there is an abundance of shale, and natural gas, there must be a private land owner who sets atop of some of these reserves. They need to drill on their own! Screw the feds. I would make the ground breaking ceremony national news. I would screen, and invite 20,000 armed citizens. I would also recruit a team of conservative lawyers who believe that the constitution is not a living breathing document. And I would be sure that all the alphabet soup news channels were present also. Then I would drill!
I know that the federal government would not hesitate to go Ruby Ridge, or Waco Texas on us. The difference is, they would be unable to spin their unconstitutional actions as legal. People are going broke because of our insane natural resources policies. Canada is about to tell us to F-off, and go into partnership with the Chi-Coms. All the while we are being told that this will some how damage our environment so bad, that it is not worth it.
Damn it, we are the cleanest first world nation on the friggin planet. Technology that we have now, would insure that we still will be, even if we go full throttle production of our resources.
If you notice, those who keep us from doing what is right are the limo-libtards, the RHINO ultra rich GOP’ers, and the flea-bitten don’t work hippie squatters. All the while, the hard-working, fun-loving American Joe, and Josephine get screwed.
Is it time to take a stand and draw a line in the sand? I say you’re darn straight it is!

During the Health Care "debate" last year I joked about the government coming for your twinkies and wanting to regulate what you eat, since it would impact their Health Care costs when the government takes over your Health Care under the guise of "qualified plans". (i.e. if your plan changes and the government doesn't like the change it's no longer "qualified" and thus subject to ObamaCare regulations) So quick but important diversion on an Obam … Read More
