Happy And Safe New Year To My Local LE Officers

There is no doubt that being a law enforcement officer is tough, with folks bitching at everything they do. Some believe there are no good LE, some believe that they start each shift just looking to maim or kill a person: Man woman, or child.

Well, from the few I know personally, I can say that the opposite applies. They are loving, caring family people who take pride in their job. They would rather help a citizen than hurt them in any way. This is why the entered the profession. I great day for them is a quiet one. They pray they never even have to take their weapon out, unless it is on the practice range.

My prayer for them is that they make it home safe each  day. That if they find themselves in a life threatening situation due to no fault of their own, they, and everyone else come out unharmed, but if need be, their bullets fly straight and true and hit the guilty party. Most of all, God be with them and protect them from the bad guys, and the people they have sworn to protect and serve. Even if some would rather do them harm either through words, deeds, or both.
