As the moderator of the modesto swarm, this dishonest moron has managed to impersonate other bloggers identities, delete divergent opinions, ban all Christians and create many dishonest sock identities to insult and intimidate other bloggers. The swarm bully has made the swarm into a left wing atheist anti christian instrument of hate. I was confused as how another blogger knew of my demise, within seconds of my banning. It was because emerson “is” these other bloggers, and gets rid of anybody he doesn’t like. I suspect that most of the bloggers on the swarm are actually emerson and his wife, and it’s possible that emerson and his wife are the only bloggers on the swarm and everyone else is just the two of them and their dishonest socks.

Their public antics cost honest folks money. He screws with public entities that were involved in his drug bust. And that has cost public worker time and money. Keep up the good work John, I have been posting some stuff on the Modbee Forums area again. This was where I was introduced to the blogoshphere. It used to be a very active community, but the Bee has a way of shooting itself in the foot, and they pretty much destroyed it. Now it looks like they are trying to rejuvinate it, after the fiasco with the Hive.
I occasionally look in at the swarm, what a mess. It’s funny to see them beginning to eat each other, now that almost all divergent opinion has been purged.

I’ve got my own arsenal of Emerson Drake-concocted lies. For starters, the guy says he met me after an MID meeting. False, never met the guy. Then he invents cockamamie that the coworkers at my old job in San Joaquin County were happy to see me go. Another lie (my family knows my former coworkers on a first name basis, they live in the same city). And to top it off, Emerson blames me for his friend losing her press pass to the 2010 X-Fest, something I set up for her. Hey Emerson, maybe if your friend took responsibility and appreciated a “free” press pass she wouldn’t have pouted and walked away like a kid.

John, the press pass was designated for Jenni at Carmen’s restaurant to attend last year’s X-Fest. I should know – I personally contacted promoter Chris Ricci to set it up over the phone. It was the first time I had requested a press pass to cover that specific event. As it turns out, Jenni had a meltdown when she was told to wait in a specific line, whereas a Bee photographer was able to go in right in due to his/her connections. Jenni didn’t want to wait, and Emerson took to the Hive to personally blame me for it a few days after. Looks like Jenni didn’t realize that she was a guest and with free access to an event that costs $30 to get into. Looks like that entitlement mentality is alive and well with Emerson/Carmen’s former sidekick.

It gets better. Remember his arrest? I saw the police report with my own eyes. Turns out Emerson Drake had to pay about $4K back in restitution in monthly payments. Now that I’ve seen a picture of the guy, I can understand why he resorted to devious, illegal ways to subsidize his lifestyle of lies and BS. I wonder if his current employer knowingly hired a guy who was growing pot and stealing from MID. I’m sure that made his wife and family proud knowing he’d just been caught red handed.

After his Nolo Contendere plea back on March 6, 2009, Alfred Chip Huskey was sentenced to 365 days in jail and probation in exchange for one felony count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of 16. Huskey in his statement to the Probation Department blamed alcohol and methamphetamine abuse for his actions.
Although the Probation report recommended a prison sentence, the Honorable John Whiteside indicated the substantial mitigation in this case, defendant’s lack of criminal history and his exemplary record as a deputy, outweighed the aggravating factors: his violation of trust, and the vulnerability of the victim.
Judge Whiteside placed Huskey on three years of formal probation, ordered drug and alcohol terms, including testing, for Huskey throughout his probationary period. This is according to the District Attorney’s press release.
What the press release failed to mention is Huskey wasn’t required to register as a sex offender. Various reasons have bneen suggested by the department since then, including sparing the victim the need to detail her experiences in court. But it needs to be mentioned that Huskey is presumed to be witness X, appearing prominently in documents regarding the death/killing of Craig Prescott while in Sheriff’s custody.
Neglecting to require this may be haunting the D.A.’sa department currently.
Huskey moved to San Joaquin County soon after his release from local jail. But without notifying the probation dept. as he was required to do, he moved back to Modesto. When the Probation department went looking for him they discovered he was living with a woman and her four children, three boys abd a five year old girl up in Groveland.
It has been reported in court documents he was watching the young girl while her mother was at work, sometimes in 24 hour or more stretches. According to court documents he was sleeping in the same bed as the young girl when they were left alone. When the girl’s mother was asked if she knew that Huskey was on probation for felony molestation of a minor under the age of 15, she said “someone” had mentioned it but when she asked Huskey he denied it.
If Huskey had been required to register as a sex offender the yound girl’s mother could have easily verified the truth.
Judge Whiteside, many people will believe YOU and the District Attorney should be held accountable for anything that may have happened to that little girl. According to court documents she has been seen “dirty dancing” and has begun to bully her playmates. One of the first signs of sexual abuse is a change in behavior of the victim, including disciplinary problems and acting out towards other children.
This case keeps dragging out and the D.A. doesn’t seem to be very concerned. The A.D.A prosecuting Huskey seems more concerned about keeping her name out of the public’s eye.
But the final injustice is that all Jerry Powers (head of the probation dept.) is asking is for is 10 days in jail and a modification of terms of Alfred Lowell “Chip” Huskey’s probation.
10 days, Just 10 days in jail.
